Guests at the holiday home can enjoy hiking and windsurfing nearby, or make the most of the garden. we loved our stay at the Bayside Colonial. the house can comfortably accommodate 12+ guests, it's very well equipped and it's just beautiful. the kids really enjoyed exploring it and the adults appreciated the different "environments" (the house is big!). the outdoors spaces are also pretty and well maintained. my family really had a great time and I'll totally recommend this property.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Perfect location on the Cape. Everything you could possibly need. Delightful visit.

Bob is an amazing host, very nice, very eager to help and make me confortable. He is also a great cook and it was very nice to have such a variety of choices for breakfast. The house is very well situated in the center, walking distance to the main activities and beaches. The room was very clean and nicely decorated and it was also very nice to read in the garden. I will definitely come back!

Although this is a timeshare the resort is very clean and tidy. Our room was also very clean. The lounge settee was very uncomfortable. The staff are very helpful. No hot plate or cooker, I found that strange. We were able to get a kettle from reception. Everything is diy, put new sheets on the bed, ask for new towels, sheets etc.

From very little detail up to the whole - just a fantastic place to stay. Extraordinarily staff, very clean, friendly and cosy.

The host was very pleasant when we checked in, the grounds are beautiful, it's right on the water! The rooms are fresh and very clean, nice comfortable beds, clean linens, etc. It is a short walk to downtown Orleans with cute shops and restaurants. We would stay here again!
